Saving usage rules

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. Domaine d’Escapa undertakes to replace the stipulation in question, adhering as far as possible to the parties’ original agreement.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These rules of use are governed by Spanish law. The Escapa Estate and its users, for the resolution of any disagreement that may arise concerning the total or partial validity, performance, compliance or resolution, are subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the capital city of Auch, with express waiver of their own jurisdiction or any other that, if applicable, may correspond to them. This contract contains the full and complete agreement between Domaine d’Escapa and users, and supersedes all prior covenants, undertakings, representations or agreements, written or oral, which may have previously existed between the two.

PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that by filling in any form on the website “http://www.domaine-escapa.fr”, or by sending any e-mail, or by clicking on “OK” or “Send” respectively, you implicitly accept this privacy policy, and also authorize Escapa Estate to process the personal data you provide in a computerized system.

User data will be stored in a computer file owned by Domaine d’Escapa and will be used to process your comments and/or requests, to respond to them where appropriate and to keep you informed of services and new features that may be of interest to you and that are made available to our Customers, website users and/or the general public, by traditional means or by e-mail or an equivalent means of electronic communication.

In the event that the user is interested in offering his/her professional services to Domaine d’Escapa, and in sending a CV to this effect, it is understood that he/she authorizes its processing for the purpose of engaging in possible personnel selection processes for the company.

Domaine d’Escapa undertakes to maintain the strictest confidentiality with regard to the information provided to it and to use it only for the purposes indicated, in accordance with the regulations in force concerning the protection of personal data.

The Domaine d’Escapa assumes that the data has been entered by the owner or by a person authorized by the owner, and that it is correct and accurate. It is the user’s responsibility to keep his or her data up to date, and Domaine d’Escapa cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the data if the user does not inform Domaine d’Escapa before any changes are made (e.g. a change of e-mail address).
